Paul and Elena Cowie purchased ‘Netherhill’ in January 2007. At that time the strawberry operation had wound down.

The Cowies purchased the original 117.5 acres and one of two, seven acres blocks across Netherhill Road (previously owned by Ollie Sandercock and Denzil Sandercock).
